Comcast Offers Apology For Channel Issues





I posted earlier this week that comcast had limited channels, to my surprise I got the comment below from Melissa Mendoza  at comcast, I have not called or Emailed them so I don't know what type of compensation they will offer, but I guess the main thing is comcast has stepped up to the plate to insure customer satisfaction. This is the type of thing all consumers like to see, way to reach out to your customers comcast.Click http://www.comcast.com/?intcmp=ILCXFICOMAL116744 and go to
