EASTON, Md. - A Salisbury teenager has been arrested for allegedly speeding and driving under the influence in Easton. Easton Police say they stopped Matthew T. Stitcher, 18, on Monday night for speeding.
A police investigation showed that Stitcher was also under the influence of alcohol. Police are saying that the car, which also had two passengers, contained alcohol, marijuana, and a smoking device.
Stitcher is facing a host of charges including speeding, and DUI while transporting a minor. The two passengers 18-year-old female and 17-year-old male are also facing charges.
