Repeat Offender Gets 50 Years In Jail

WICOMICO CO., Md. - A long-time drug dealer gets the maximum penalty in Wicomico County. Phillip Bailey, a third time offender, will now serve 50 years behind bars. Back in February, he was found to be in possession of Heroin and Cocaine. He was recently featured on our drug offender crackdown series. Officials say he has very limited possibility of parole.
