SALISBURY, Md. - A manhunt is underway for a suspect who allegedly tried to sexually assault a female student at Salisbury University. The Salisbury University Police Department (SUPD) says it happened Saturday March 31st at around 2:30AM. She was reportedly walking by herself between the bag of Maggs Gym and Sea Gull Square when a man allegedly tacked her to the ground and attempted to assault her, but she was able to get away. The suspect is described as a light-skinned African-American male.
