SEAFORD, Md.- Police have arrested a 49-year-old Ellendale man accused of taking cellphone pictures up women's skirts at the Seaford Wal-Mart.
Seaford police said officers were called to the store on Wednesday afternoon. The suspect had already left the premises but with the assistance of store loss prevention personnel, officers were able to develop Severn Mottingham as the suspect.
On Thursday, police obtained warrants for Mottingham's arrest. Delaware State Police responded to Ellendale and took him into custody. He was then turned over to the Seaford Police Department where he was charged with violation of privacy. He was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing at a later date.
