SEAFORD, Del. - The Seaford Volunteer Fire Department proudly presented their new Lucas CPR Device to the city council Tuesday night.
This device is said to provide perfect chest compressions during CPR and is designed for use in emergency medical care by paramedics, emergency medical technicians and fire and hospital personnel. Delmar also purchased the same devise about one year ago.
