Salisbury Man Arrested for Child Neglect

SALISBURY, Md.- A Salisbury man is facing child neglect and related charges following accusations that he left an infant in front of a Hebron home.
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office reports that on Saturday night, Feb. 11, 19-year-old Daaryn Sellers showed up with an infant at a home on South Main Street in Hebron. According ot police, this address was the home of the parents of the infant's mother. Investigators said Sellers knocked on the door and informed the residents that he was leaving the infant there and then left the infant on the front stoop in a car seat.
The home's residents took the infant inside and notified the Sheriff's Office. After an investigation the deputy located Sellers and placed him under arrest for child neglect and desertion of a minor child.
