Dover Air Force Base Sees Change in Command

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. (AP) - Dover Air Force Base's 512th Airlift Wing is seeing a change in command this weekend.
Col. Randal Bright officially turns over command to Col. Raymond Kozak in a ceremony on Sunday.
Kozak is an Air Force Academy graduate and C-17 pilot. He's moving to Dover after a 4-year assignment as the director of Air, Space and Information Operations, Headquarters Fourth Air Force at March Air Reserve Base in California.
Bright is moving on to Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, where he will serve in the headquarters of the Air Force Reserve Command.
