REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - A man has been arrested after allegedly sexually touching a massage client. Rehoboth Beach Police arrested Robert Diamond, 47, of Langhorne Pennsylvania and Rehoboth Beach. They reportedly received a complaint from a female victim that Diamond, who also goes by "Doctor Bob" and "Pastor Bob", inappropriately touched her during massage treatments. Police say that Diamond was operating out of Kaya Wellness Center in Rehoboth.
An investigation showed that Diamond had received a cease and desist to stop practicing chiropractic work and massage therapy without a licence. Diamond was arrested, charged with 2 counts of 4th degree rape, 5 counts of 3rd degree unlawful sexual contact, and other related charges. He was released after posting bond
