MILTON, Del.- Delaware State Police have arrested a mother and son accused of dealing drugs out of their Milton home.
Police said 52-year-old Rebecca L. Hopkins and 25-year-old Robert B. Hopkins were taken into custody shortly after 6 a.m. Thursday after troopers searched their home on Sailor Lane. Troopers said nearly 2.8 pounds of marijuana was found packaged individually for sale. Police also said they located 13 oxycodone pills, 51 hydrocodone pills, numerous other prescription pills and more than $31,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
Robert Hopkins was charged with four counts of drug dealing and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered held in the Sussex Correctional Institution on $11,250 secured bond.
Rebecca Hopkins was charged with maintaining a drug property. She was released on $3,000 secured bail
