MILFORD, Del.- The Milford Police Department's Criminal Division arrested 25-year-old, Scott A. Kerin of Rehoboth Beach after he was found in Milton by the United States Marshals Service.
Police said warrants were obtained for Kerin following an investigation into a sexual assault that reportedly happened in Milford in 2008.
Kerin has been charged with two counts of rape 4th degree, unlawful sexual contact 1st degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Kerin was arraigned in Lewes, where secured bail was set at $60,000.
Kerin was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on May 17 for a preliminary hearing.
