SALISBURY, Md.- Salisbury police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to females at a university apartment complex.

Officers said that on four separate occasions between Feb. 12 and Feb. 21, 19-year-old Zachary Isiah Handy would expose his nude body to the females as they walked past the apartment in which he was staying in. According to police, Handy is not a resident of the apartment complex but had been visiting a friend when the incidents occurred.

Handy, of Salisbury, was arrested and charged with four counts of indecent exposure.
