Salisbury police said that on Thursday, Nov. 3, the department conducted an operation targeting prostitutes in the city's north U.S. Route 13 corridor. Authorities said that during the operation, a woman approached an undercover officer and agreed to perform sexual acts in exchange for cash.
The woman, identified as 27-year-old Crystal Marie Hornsby, of no fixed address, was taken into custody and charged with one count of general prostitution.
