Man At Car Wash Charged With Drug Dealing

SEAFORD, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested a man at a Seaford car wash during an investigation into drug dealing. Thirty-year-old Howard F. Green IV of Seaford has been charged with drug dealing and other offenses. He is being held on $59,000 secured bail. Troopers say officers say Green was in a car at The Car Wash on Wednesday. Officers allegedly found crack cocaine, powder cocaine and an Oxycodone tablet in his possession or in the vehicle.
