Thomas Mcguire was released from WCDC Monday on a property bond to total 300,000.00. Tom Mcguire was arrested and indited on child sexual charges and arson, The Delmar Md. resident has been held at Wicomico County Detention Center since January, 2012. awaiting a March 30, 2012 trial.
