A good day for HillBilly chili

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
2 pounds ground beef
2 cans Mexican style chili beans
1 can pork and beans
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 can tomatoes with green chili's
1 large yellow onion
1 large green bell pepper
2 packages of Mexican style chili seasoning
1 can hunts tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of bacon grease
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  1. Fry your ground beef with onion and bell pepper
  2. Drain the grease and add your seasonings, sugar and bacon grease.
  3. Stir well.
  4.  Add your beans and tomatoes and sauce cook on low heat till bubbly boil  - do not over cook.
Servings: feeds a family of 7
