'Flacco Fan-staches' Become Superstitious on Delmarva

On the Baltimore Ravens' road to the Superbowl, Flacco "fan-staches" are popping up across Delmarva.
The long, thin moustache is named after the fictional character Fu Manchu from a 20th century British novel. Some Asian-American studies professors say the character has been used as a derogatory stereotype since, but now it has become the namesake behind the Raven Nation's facial hair ritual.
Dan Burgoyne of Marion Station said he used to read the comic books about Fu Manchu as a child.
"In this country, he was very sinister," said Burgoyne, adding that he is just sporting the 'stache in 2012 as a Ravens fan.
Burgoyne said that if the Ravens win the Superbowl, he will keep the fan-stache for a year
