SALISBURY -- Two Salisbury brothers were taken into police custody after thousands of dollars worth of electronics and jewelry were stolen from a Booth Street apartment, according to court documents.
Maryland State Police troopers have charged Luis Francisco Correasegrra, 21, and Jesus Francisco Correasegrra, 19, with burglary, theft and malicious destruction of property.
Jesus Correasegrra was being held at Wicomico County Detention Center on $25,000 bond, and Luis Correasegrra was being held on $40,000 bond following District Court bail review hearings this week.
A 32- and 50-inch TV, a man's bracelet with diamonds, a laptop computer, two digital cameras and two games systems were stolen from the home after the thieves broke a bedroom window and entered the apartment Dec. 17, according to charging documents.
The total estimated value of the items stolen is $8,500.
